Product Description

The Stysmart system can record the current stylus angles/wear and transfer this information to the engraving machine. Stysmart can assure the engraving head with repeat precision requirement, even it is a well-worn stylus.
An extra advantage for the operator is that slide shoe setting can be executed easily and precisely outside the machine and no need for actually setting on the cylinder.
Stysmart shortens prepare setting times and repeats working on the DMA machine. After changing the stylus, Stysmart can measure and store the actual stylus angles also with 3D Image.
in combination with Vol.-cut the testcut can be carried out with volume-oriented features.
