Coating typically requires large cells to achieve large opacity. Using laser or etching methods in the production process can be more expensive, complex, and challenging to control. Many customers prefer to use electronic engraving as a simple, faster, and more easily controlled method for producing cylinders with coatings. However, they often face the challenge of not achieving a sufficient transferred volume.

DMA has developed a unique cell formation technology that allows electronic engraving machines to achieve cell volumes and ink transfer effects similar to laser engraving. As a result, it is possible to economically and rapidly produce cylinders that meet market demands effectively and efficiently.
